Privacy Policy

When you request a bottle, a few personal details pass to us, and you deserve to know exactly what happens to them. This page covers the order requests placed for GlucoSync, the herbal capsules for blood sugar support offered on this site, and every message you send to our team.

Two details, nothing more

The order form asks for your name and a phone number. When the consultant calls, you add the delivery address and, if you wish, the best time for the courier to come. We do not ask for card numbers, bank logins, your BVN or your medical records, and we never need them to complete an order.

Separately, our server logs a few technical traces of each visit, for example which phone or browser loaded which page. We look at it only to fix faults and keep pages loading quickly, never to work out who you are.

What the information is used for

  • calling you back to confirm the order and answer questions about the capsules;
  • giving the delivery company what it needs to find you;
  • replying to emails you send us;
  • spotting duplicate or false orders.

We do not sell contact lists, and we do not hand your number to advertisers or other shops.

Who else sees it

Only the people who need it for your order: our consultants and the delivery company. Each of them receives the minimum required for their part of the job.

Storage period

Order details stay on file while the delivery is in progress and for a limited period afterwards, so we can deal with any question about a parcel. After that they are deleted or made anonymous. Emails are kept only as long as the conversation needs.

Keeping it safe

Access to customer records is restricted to staff with a working reason to open them, and the site uses an encrypted connection when you send the form.

Your say over your data

At any time you may request a copy of your record, a correction of anything wrong in it, or its full deletion. Write to [email protected] from the address or with the phone number you used, and we will act on the request and confirm by email.
